Our philosophy at The Yoga Family is yoga for all! All our community based classes are open to all levels. Beginners to yoga are always welcome to join us, you will be given lots of options and instructions to keep you safe as you start your yoga journey. If you already have a regular yoga practice, you will be given options to take your practice deeper and challenge yourself. All the equipment is provided for our classes (BYO mat if you prefer). Please bring yourself a bottle of water and wear whatever you are comfortable in. If you have any questions or queries regarding injuries or illness or would like to enquire about private tuition or corporate yoga, please contact us.

Our Yoga Flow is designed to help you build strength and stamina whilst increasing your flexibility and mental focus. Our Yoga Flow is suitable for all levels, including beginners. To complete your yoga practice, enjoy long stretches and a deep relaxation ready for a blissful night’s sleep.

Our Yoga Flow will allow you to relieve tension from your body and calm your mind. In our 90 minute practice we will flow through dynamic movements and restorative stretches. We will complete our yoga practice with a blissful relaxation.
