In our Hip Hip Hooray Yoga Master Class we will be looking after our hips. This masterclass is perfect for those who spend lots of time driving or sitting at a desk, along with those who have an active lifestyle. Runners, cyclists, gym goers, hikers, rock climbers, we all need to look after our hips!
When our hips are too tight it limits our range of movement and increases the load on our lower backs, often resulting in injuries. Together we will explore how we can release the physical tension around the hips to increase movement, reduce lower back pain and prevent injury.
We will explore how these postures can help us to release blocked emotions and cause an energetic shift that can help us tune into our own creativity and self-expression.
