Enjoy a rejuvenating Yin and restorative Yoga practice. We will gently release tension from our bodies as we move through restorative Yoga postures. We will use Yin Yoga postures to release deeper into the facia and myofacia (the bodies connective tissues). This event is perfect for anyone feeling the physical and mental effects of stress or trauma. We will finish with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps us to relax and can help those who struggle with their sleep.
