Sports Yoga is designed to keep you moving, building strength, core stability, flexibility, balance and inner focus. This class incorporates active and passive stretching, dynamic movements and breathwork. If you have an active lifestyle but notice tight or injury prone areas that need attention, you may benefit from building this class into your regular training schedule. This class is open to all! Complete beginners are welcome, as are seasoned Yoga practitioners.
