Join us for our yoga workshops and events. All our events and masterclasses are open to all levels. Beginners to yoga are welcome to join us, you will be given lots of options and instructions to keep you safe as you start your yoga journey. If you have a regular yoga practice, you will be given options to take your practice deeper and challenge yourself.
All the equipment is provided. Please bring yourself a bottle of water and wear whatever you are comfortable in.

Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra

Pre-Christmas Unwind - 15th December 1.30-4pm
Enjoy a rejuvenating Yin and restorative Yoga practice. We will gently release tension from our bodies as we move through restorative Yoga postures. We will use Yin Yoga postures to release deeper into the fascia and myofascia (the body's connective tissues). This event is perfect for anyone feeling the physical and mental effects of stress. We will finish with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps us to relax and can help those who struggle with their sleep.
Detox Your Body and Mind
1st September 1.30-4pm
Join us for our Detox Your Body and Mind workshop. Together we will flow through dynamic yoga postures, releasing tension around the hips and lower back, stimulating the digestive system. Throughout this energetic yoga practice we will use our breath to detoxify the body and still the wandering mind, bringing ourselves into a higher state of health and vitality. This event is open to all! This is a perfect afternoon for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well being.
Hip Hip Hurray Yoga Workshop
20th October 1.30-4pm
This event is perfect for those who spend lots of time driving or sitting at a desk, along with those who have an active lifestyle. Runners, cyclists, gym goers, hikers, rock climbers, we all need to look after our hips! When our hips are too tight it limits our range of movement and increases the load on our lower backs, often resulting in injuries. Equally when our hips are too flexible, injuries are caused from instability.
Together we will explore how we can release the physical tension around the hips to increase movement, create stability as needed, reduce lower back pain and prevent injury. We will explore how these postures can help us to release blocked energy and emotions and cause an energetic shift that can help us tune into our own creativity and self-expression.
Yoga For Stress Workshop

We are excited to host our first Yoga for Stress workshop. The event is open to all, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Throughout this workshop we will be discussing how our nervous system responds to stress and how we can use various techniques from the yoga practice to find balance during and after times of stress. This event is perfect for those looking for healing tools after periods of depression, anxiety, stress and for post trauma recovery. Our intention is to share with you our knowledge and experience and to leave you with lots of tools to help you through daily life. We hope you can join us for this exciting new workshop!

Join us for two hours of healing vibrations from Gong Spa expert, Martyn Cawthorne whilst moving through energising and restorative Yoga postures. This event is open to all. No yoga experience is required. We will move through dynamic postures, find stillness in yin Yoga postures and finally drop into a deeper state of relaxation to aid healing and bring about transformation.
Yin Yoga with Sound Healing
15th December 10am-12pm
We are delighted to be hosting a special Yin and Sound Healing event with Jo Ninada at Inhale Yoga . We will guide you through a yin yoga practice, whilst enjoying the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that helps us to release tension and stress from the body and mind. With the combination of the yoga and the frequencies emitted from the bowls, allow yourself to release all that no longer serves you and connect deeply with yourself. This event is friendly and welcoming to all levels, no previous yoga experience is required.
Chakra Balancing Workshop
This workshop will give you an insight into the subtle anatomy and the chakra system. Together we will explore how we can utilise the yoga postures to release energy blockages and promote healing and vitality. We will explore balancing Pranayama (breathing) techniques that can be used daily to help us balance and realign our energy. This workshop has been inspired by Sarah’s training as a Reiki Master and work as a healer. If you are interested to learn more, please join us for this exciting workshop.
Open Heart Yoga Masterclass
In our Open Heart Yoga Master Class we will be learning how to explore backbends safely, with correct alignment and with ease. Each Master Class is designed to push you out of your comfort zone while giving you a greater understanding of yoga philosophy, enabling you to deepen your practice. Backbends are a powerful element of the yoga practice as they help us to release tension from the front of our bodies. Regular backbends ensure we have the vital flexibility and movement of the spine. Together we will explore how these postures stimulate the heart chakra. We will use these postures to connect deeper with ourselves and to release blocked emotions. Open your heart and embrace the love within.
Finding Power Inversion Workshop
In our Finding Power Inversion Workshop we will be exploring how to build strength and connect with our inner power. Throughout this powerful Yoga practice we will investigate how we can overcome our fears and challenge our self-limiting beliefs. We will be learning how to practice inversions safely; with skillful alignment of the body and mind. We will complete our Yoga practice with a restorative stretches and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) leaving you feeling balanced and blissful.
