SECOND DEGREE REIKI TRAINING

I am delighted to share my second degree training course with you.

On completion of this course you will receive a certification in Usui Method of Natural Healing Second Degree Reiki.

Please note, all of my offerings and courses are trauma informed.

Pre-requisites:

You must already have a certification in First Degree Reiki (if not, please contact me to arrange this)

Ideally, I hope that from your First Degree Training Course you will feel comfortable with self reiki treatments and be able to effectively ground, clear and protect your energy (if not, please contact me and we can arrange mentorship to work through any issues together)

Course Structure:

This course is delivered in two parts - online theory and in person practical (based in the Manchester area).

Course Content:

  • Introduction to second degree reiki

  • Understanding and using three of the sacred reiki symbols

  • Cleansing and protecting a space using reiki and the reiki symbols

  • How and when to offer remote reiki healing

  • How to program self reiki healing into your past and future timelines

  • Ethics of remote reiki healing

  • Identifying attachments/entities

  • Clearing attachments/entities

  • Choosing love over fear

  • Scanning and healing the auric field

  • How and why to empower your clients

  • Continued development through reiki

  • Second degree reiki attunements

Course Dates:

Online Theory - Saturday 9th November 2024 9am - 5pm (3.30-5pm is self directed study and self reiki healing)

In Person Practical - Sunday 10th November 2024 9 - 5pm

Pre-Course Preparation:

To ensure you are mentally prepared for the theory course here is your pre- course homework:

  • Re-read your first degree reiki manual

  • Practice grounding, clearing and protecting your energy twice daily

  • Offer yourself self reiki as regularly as possible

Certification:

On completion of this course you will receive a certification in Usui Method of Natural Healing Second Degree Reiki.

Post Course Requirements:

Following this course you are required to complete self healing daily for a minimum of 21 days.

Please note, all bookings and payments for reiki training courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. To rebook either part of this course you will be required to pay 50% of the course tuition fee. To rebook the full course you will be required to pay 100% of the tuition fee.

Preparation For Your Practical Course

Prepare For Your Attunements:

To prepare for your attunements it is important to bring your body and mind into health and harmony. Minimum 3 days prior (ideally 7 days prior)

  • No alcohol, meat or fish (or recreational drugs)

  • Reduce caffeine, sugar and smoking

  • Disconnect from media completely

  • Disconnect from social media completely

  • Disconnect from toxic relationships/negativity

  • Spend time in nature

  • Let go of anger, hatred, fears and worries

  • Sit in meditation/contemplation for at least 10 minutes twice daily – you may wish to also write in a journal

  • Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables

  •  Enjoy gentle exercise daily such as yoga or walking

  • Enjoy lots of rest

  • Give yourself plenty of time before and after each day of the course to integrate everything that has been shared and experienced

It is important that you do not drink any caffeine prior to the attunements. The Reiki attunement will naturally detoxify the physical body and mind and can create sensations similar to those with a Reiki treatment.

What To Bring:

  • Notepad & pen

  • Snacks, water, light lunch (including any cutlery you may need)

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket & pillow to sit on

  • Phone/laptop/tablet to view your manual or print out

  • Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in (light coloured clothing is preferable)

  • Please note we will be seated on the floor at times

  • There are yoga mats, yoga blocks & blankets available at Inner Health Clinic if needed
