REIKI MASTER TRAINING

I am delighted to share my reiki master training course with you. This course is for anyone that wishes to deepen their understanding of energy healing; if you do not wish to teach reiki to others you can still complete this course for your own development.

On completion of this course you will receive a certification in Usui Method of Natural Healing - Reiki Master.

Pre-requisites:

You must already have a certification in First and Second Degree Reiki (if not, please contact me to arrange this)

Ideally, I hope that from your First and Second Degree Training Courses you will feel very comfortable with self reiki treatments, offering treatments to others (in person and remotely) and be able to effectively ground, clear and protect your energy. If you do not feel confident in any of these areas please contact me and we can arrange mentorship to support you to develop your skills and enhance your confidence.

Please note, if you do not wish to teach reiki to others you can still complete this course for your own development.

Course Structure:

This course is delivered over four days

2 x online theory days (there will be 2 hours of self directed study and self healing during both theory days)

2 x in person practical days (based in the Manchester area)

Course Content:

  • Introduction to the role of a reiki master

  • Understanding and using all of the sacred reiki symbols

  • Creating and using a crystal grid

  • How to offer reiki training to others

  • How to offer reiki attunements to others

  • How to step into your power and find your voice as a skillful reiki practitioner

  • How and when to step into the role of a reiki teacher

  • Ethics of teaching reiki healing to others

  • How and why to empower your clients and students using the chakra system

  • Continued development through Reiki

  • Reiki master attunements (multiple attunements will be delivered during both of the in person practical dates)

Online Theory - 9am - 5.30pm Dates TBC

In Person Practical - 9.45am - 5pm Dates TBC

Please note, 3.30-5.30pm on each of the online theory dates is for you to complete self directed study and a self healing treatment (our zoom call will finish at 3.30pm)

You must attend all four dates to complete this course and receive your certification. If you miss any course time for any reason, you can make this time up and still complete the course through 1-2-1 mentorship - £70 per hour

Pre-Course Preparation:

To ensure you are fully prepared for this course here is your pre- course homework:

  • Re-read your first & second degree reiki manuals

  • Practice grounding, clearing and protecting your energy twice daily

  • Offer yourself self reiki regularly

  • Consider your chakra system and where you may require healing and further development

  • Write down any questions or insights that you would like to explore together

Certification:

On completion of this course you will receive a certification in Usui Method of Natural Healing - Reiki Master.

Post Course Requirements:

Following this course you are required to complete self healing daily for a minimum of 21 days.

Preparation For Your Practical Course

Prepare For Your Attunements:

To prepare for your attunements it is important to bring your body and mind into health and harmony. Minimum 3 days prior (ideally 7 days prior)

  • No alcohol, meat or fish (or recreational drugs)

  • Reduce caffeine, sugar and smoking

  • Disconnect from media completely

  • Disconnect from social media completely

  • Disconnect from toxic relationships/negativity

  • Spend time in nature

  • Let go of anger, hatred, fears and worries

  • Sit in meditation/contemplation for at least 10 minutes twice daily – you may wish to also write in a journal

  • Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables

  •  Enjoy gentle exercise daily such as yoga or walking

  • Enjoy lots of rest

  • Give yourself plenty of time before and after each day of the course to integrate everything that has been shared and experienced

It is important that you do not drink any caffeine prior to the attunements. The Reiki attunement will naturally detoxify the physical body and mind and can create sensations similar to those with a Reiki treatment.

  • Offer yourself self reiki as regularly as possible

  • Please bring any questions and we will explore these together

What To Bring:

  • Notepad & pen

  • Snacks, water, light lunch (including any cutlery you may need)

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket & pillow to sit on

  • Phone/laptop/tablet to view your manual or print out

  • Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in (light coloured clothing is preferable)

  • Please note we will be seated on the floor at times

  • There are yoga mats, yoga blocks & blankets available at Inner Health Clinic if needed
