The Yoga Family Reiki Training Courses are based at Mi Vida Inner Health in Stockport

• Join Sarah for reiki training courses at Mi Vida Inner Health.

• Join us for first degree reiki training, second degree reiki training and reiki master training courses.

• Mi Vida Inner Health, First Floor, 2 Greek St, Stockport, SK3 8AB.

• Pay & Display parking/free road parking is available on many of the near by roads (Francis Street, Armoury Street plus others) & NCP parking is available next to Stockport train station.

• Mi Vida Inner Health is walking distance from Stockport Train Station

• Our reiki training courses at Mi Vida Inner Health are based in the yoga studio on the first floor. Please note, this space is only accessible via the stairs.

• Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are provided. Please feel free to bring your own mat and blanket if you prefer.

• Please wear any clothes that you feel comfortable in to our reiki training courses and bring yourself a bottle of water.
