You will be lovingly guided through calming breath work, restorative and yin yoga postures plus deep relaxation. The magical alchemy crystal healing bowls will support you to release energy that no longer serves you, and will replenish your body, mind and soul.
Our Yin Yoga & Sound Healing events are friendly and welcoming to all levels. Led by Sarah/Jane and Mike (founder of Yoga Cheadle).

Free public car parking is available directly outside The Cheadle Drill Hall, plus road parking and paid car parks are close by in Cheadle.
Please note, sound healing is not suitable for 1st trimester of pregnancy & those with a pacemaker
Our Yin Yoga & Sound Healing events at Yoga Cheadle are based in the yoga space on the ground floor, there is wheelchair access.
Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are provided. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat and blanket if you prefer.
Please wear any clothes that you feel comfortable to move in and bring yourself a bottle of water.
We recommend that you are well hydrated prior to this event and that you do not have a full stomach.
