Join us for reiki training courses at Mi Vida Inner Health.
We offer first degree reiki training (reiki level 1), second degree reiki training (reiki level 2) and reiki master training courses.
If you feel called to the path of reiki (for self healing or offering reiki to others), you are welcome to join our reiki training courses.
Our reiki training courses at Mi Vida Inner Health are led by Sarah.

Pay & Display parking/free road parking is available on many of the near by roads (Francis Street, Armoury Street plus others) & NCP parking is available next to Stockport train station.

Our reiki training courses at Mi Vida Inner Health are based in the yoga studio on the first floor. Please note, this space is only accessible via the stairs.
Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are provided. Please feel free to bring your own mat and blanket if you prefer.
Please wear any clothes that you feel comfortable in to our reiki training courses and bring yourself a bottle of water.
