Join us on Mondays 7.45pm & Wednesdays 7.30pm for our Beginners & Improvers yoga classes at Astley Sports Village.
You can book drop in yoga classes anytime you wish or you can book to join a full course via the direct booking links below or via our yoga timetable.

Each week we will guide you through calming breath work, accessible yoga flow, plus restorative postures and deep relaxation.
These classes are friendly and welcoming to all levels (beginners and improvers).
Our yoga classes at Astley Sports Village are based in the ASV studio. This space is easily accessible (there are no stairs).
Our yoga classes at Astley Sports Village are led by Sarah or Jane.
Yoga mats are provided. Please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please wear any clothes that you feel comfortable to move in and bring yourself a bottle of water.
We recommend that you are well hydrated prior to the yoga class and that you do not have a full stomach.
