I have previously attended The Yoga Family classes and events . Sarah and Jane are fantastic teachers, really friendly and knowledgeable. They really make you feel welcome and at ease and the classes cater for all levels. I would highly recommend The Yoga Family to anyone interested in yoga or reiki.
