Sarah provides a warm calm safe space to explore emotional difficulties together in a way that is supportive non judgemental and crucially trauma informed. From just 2 coaching sessions I felt more informed about my nervous system and how this was impacting my mood and feelings and Sarah helped equip me with a toolbox of strategies to bring more calm and clarity into my life at a time of personal distress. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her coaching support. 5 stars 🌟
